To me it looks like the payment was unsuccessful for some reason. When you write to the store, we'll be able to cross check your email address against any successful/failed orders and let you know if you need to try again.

I received mine today. The stitching is coming off from one side around the backside of the Collar and actual Hoodie but it's a few loose strings not a big deal I can fix it.

I received the hoodie last evening. The quality is very good and looks very professional. I had ordered the M size and it fits perfectly . As some folks have suggested, there can be another light colored one.
