Added my first TIMEMICRO Nissan GTR R34 limited edition scale. The engine detailing and the chameleon paint finish. This hobby is going to ruin my savings.
Photo Op with the QUEEN

A few new ones in the collection.
A couple from Tintin. The Simca from Calculus Affair and Bobby Smiles’ Sports Bolide from Tintin in America (A friend brought them in from Singapore)
A Jawa from Gedee Car Museum
And a gaggle of Majorette Porsches also from Gedee Car Museum.

Just got myself this Triumph (Standard) Herald:

I have the same Triumph Herald in the same livery as well. That one I found in Australia some years ago. Beautiful car. 1:43 Cararama. And then a 1:43 Triumph TR4 A from Australia again in the Salford Police Livery.
Wish that we hadn’t been so eager here in India, to move on from all these iconic cars like the Herald and all. Truly a lament.
No
New additions to the garage, but took out the existing cars for a spin ;)
.. and the last one, which is something I am not
too happy with :disappointed. Have to try a few more techniques to get this right.

I saw those Landrover pictures and was immediately struck by the similarities in settings, to the James Bond film ‘No time to die’ - with the chase on that Atlantic Highway and later in the cold Norwegian wood.
In my inaugural scale model thread post, I present my 1:18 scale Jeep Wrangler Sahara & WWII Willys MB.

Went on a Centy model shopping spree after seeing the delicious 'Queen' Premier Padmini photos here :). The humble set I bought:
The Padmini is indeed a cut above the rest in quality. The Ambassador is not that great.
A few new ones, the first of the new crop in this new year 2024, for me. All in 1:64 scale.
1. Mini GT Porsche 911 (1964) in Irish Green
2. Mini GT Porsche GT3 Racing Yellow
3. Mini GT Landrover Pickup Red
4. One more Kinetic Yellow 3 door Jimny from Tomica.
I am keen to find scale models of the Ioniq 5, a Kona and an EV6 and Porsche Taycan too. Wonder where I can get those. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

Diecast models of the Porsche Taycan are crafted by Minichamps and Bburago in various scales. However, I'm unsure about the steps to purchase authentic versions of these models. They can be found on Amazon, but I can't confirm their authenticity.
Picked up this Bburago 1:24 2022 Ferrari F1-75 Monza livery edition from Playport in Church Street.

Ordered on eBay a month ago. Received today.
1:76 Oxford DieCast.
Near exact replica of my Chilli Red Mini Cooper S (R56).
The only missing things from the appearance are the roof antenna and the black racing stripes on the bonnet.
Else it is a near perfect miniature replica of my Mini.
My Mini Mini Mini perhaps?
