Could not resist buying this lovely Senna set :)
The scale model of the Tata Harrier looks sick. Looks clean. Shouldn't say but I might be jealous of you . Just kidding. I do want to buy one but I believe that Tata is not making scale model any more and if they are making then obviously it will be fore the new model.
The moment I saw this, I knew this had to be added to the collection. Presenting a Mark 1, 1:18 scaled Ambassador. This product is made in Bangladesh and I was impressed by the quality considering it's not one of those big names. This one is from a company called Vahanam. Scale Arts India have stocked this at 6,499 INR.
The front two doors open, while the rest are fixed. The white walled skinny tires are made of rubber. The front wheels can be turned which makes the steering also steer a bit.

Well, since everyone is posting their scale model, here goes my collection (All of these are real Hotwheels and not other companies toycars).
This habit of collecting cars started when my dad bought me a few hotwheels when I was small, since then I was a car enthusiast. I have many more cars but they are a mix of Hotwheels and Matchbox. They include some helicopters, planes, and other exotic model.. perhaps??
Since everyone is posting only sports car and classic cars, here goes mine (It has sports car, exotic cars and a bike)

1969 Dodge Daytona(oh boy, ain't she a beauty:loveit)

Herbie(Volkswagen Beetle (I believe))

Lamborghini Huracan

2008 Lancer Evolution

Toyota Supra Mk4

Mercedes AMG-GT(the only car probably shining now)

Bmw bike from Dhoom 3(do tell me the name of you know)

That car from Back to the Future

The spaceship from Star Trek

The makeshift studio for the cars.
I did have few more cars but my relative's son stole it from me:Frustrati
Do tell me if you want to see the other cars and planes tooclap:
Till then,
Peace out

Here is how it compares with my 1:18 Autoart G55 and a 1:64 G63 in terms of size: Attachment 2616055 |
Looks lovely! The last pic is brilliant.
Any reason you didn't get the G63 AMG?

Haha.. Thanks yes the size comparo is quite something.
I actually got this as a gift. I initially thought it was the G63 but then I saw the V12 bi turbo badge on the fender and then the tailgate :D
Two latest additions to the collection.
1. The Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3. (Famously or infamously known as the Widowmaker!)
Scale: 1:36
Make: RMZ City
2. The Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4.
Scale: 1:38
Make: Kinsmart

Ooh this is a gorgeous model. GT spirit is doing some good 1:12s. There is a GT3 Touring that should be coming soon as well. Even though this was a gift, the best part is that the 1:12s are priced decently well for what they offer, which is always good for us collectors :)

I totally agree. GT. Spirit models are well priced. And Im fine with them being sealed.
My wish list is to add the 1:12 Ferrari 355 and Testarossa to the collection.
Over the last 12 years that I have been collecting models, I have collected a little over a 100 1:18 models from a variety of good scale model manufacturers. However, I felt that the time has come to try and elevate my collection a little bit and slow down on the usual AutoArt, Kyosho, GT spirit and the likes. They make absolutely fantastic models but I wanted to take it up a notch. And hopefully I have taken the step in the right direction. (I do have a Kyosho 250GTO coming this weekend a Minichamps GT3 by September)
Presenting my first ever BBR(s). Yes- I am a greedy man who ended up getting two of these. No, I am not ashamed.
1:18 Pagani Utopia in carbon. Limited to 99
1:18 Ferrari 812 Competizione. Limited to 122
The detailing and the weight of the model is absolutely next level. I started at them for a solid hour after getting these home. This is a dangerous hobby! And I love it.
Cheers and happy collecting!
Rohan
