Hi Rehaan,

I was just trying to order one more jacket in red color, size L. The size is showing as available (not striked out), however while adding to the cart the below message pops up:

"We don't have enough Personalized Team-BHP Jacket (Red) stock on hand for the quantity you selected. Please try again."

Any idea what can be the issue?

So it did get cold enough in Frankfurt, I did get the Team-BHP Jacket on time and I wore it to the show. In fact, I wore it on a really special day.

I wore the jacket on the 11th September. The media days were 12th and 13th September which is when I was supposed to go. However, there was a Mercedes-Benz Media Night on the 11th where the Project One was being unveiled. It was an invite only event and very limited media people were invited (didn't see anyone else from India). It was the best night of my life, yet :D

Met up with Mr. JWW. His YouTube videos are just brilliant and made with passion + enthusiasm. Spoke to him for quite some time about the current crop of supercars, his future cars and the future of the industry in general. Got a picture with him too. Was just soaking in the moment and hence below are the only two pictures of myself from the night :)





Oh, I forgot speaking about the jacket itself. Well, the material feels superb, it is very comfortable and kept me warm with temperatures hovering around 15 degrees. A good buy for sure. Since I am currently pursuing my Masters in Automotive Management, the jacket has got a lot of attention and praise.

I think it would be a little big (depends on his weight too), but not ridiculous.

The good news is that even if it's a bit loose, he will grow into it :D

Size "S" hoodie is not available at the moment. When is it expected back in stock ?

Also, any plans to introduce T Shirts ( Polos )?

The Anthracite Grey and Navy Blue HOODIES are available in "S".

If you're choosing a rear print and that's causing the product to show "out of stock" -- go ahead and place an order without the rear print, and then reply to the order confirmation email requesting a change. (Sorry it has to be this way due to a software issue when stock of a size is low).

We'll be introducing some other products before the end of the year too.

I had recently ordered a non customized anthracite hoodie for my brother and there is still no news of shipment. When are the next batch of hoodies being shipped?

EDIT: I see the status as awaiting payment. My bank transactions show that the payment was made. I am not sure why it was not recognised back by the store.

This year there's no immediate ship-out. All hoodies are considered personalized (as you'll see from the Store titles & descriptions).

It should ship out next week, hope that's okay!

(As for the awaiting payment part -- you can ignore that, as it's a bug. Your order was successfully paid for).

I have ordered a Personalized Team-BHP Jacket (Anthracite Grey) on 29th September (Order# : 200027940).
I have not got any updates post that regarding the shipment.
Can you please let me know where can I find the latest status of the order?
Quite eager to receive the Jacket soon as I would be travelling out of India this month end for at least a year.
