None of these will cost 10K navin, not to customers.

how should i let you know what i want... , i like the bass to be hard not soft.(not sure, hard and soft is a right description).

how about this, i have a pio DEH7450MP, HU with rear pio 300W co-axials. and 100W in the front. I like the bass produced by the rear ones with max loud setting in the HU.

so where does this hard bass sound lie in??? in between 20 and 40 Hz or 35Hz.

d) No pics?
e) You can build 3 (rear and center). Keep center away from a CRT TV.

a) the old school ones - there was this guy who was able to get me some from their Bombay plant while that collaboration was still alive - I dont remember the exact model number etc thought - it was about 8.5 years back!

b) .. It is solid .. the width is about 12 inches.
c).. yes its is the three quarter wave transmission line - over time got used to calling them "tube" to keep the explanations to a minimum. I had a friend who had done his masters and discontinued his Phd in Acoustic Engineering from the US - this was his idea - I toh went for the BLING effect!! He designed the whole thing using TS parameters, Oscilloscope and all!! This time arouind I am going to keep it simple - the folded version of the same so we have a regular looking set ! (Plus wife will kill me if I get myself another pair of them trannies!
d) I will put up pics - but as soon as the connectivity issues at my new house are sorted out!
e) well then Sam I need THREE NUMBERS... SAM??

EDIT: But shielding - can one DIY and shield the Centre speakers?.. the reason I ask is the main speakers are currently about 6 feet away from the TV and YET I have distortion - is this cause the magnets are that powerful??

Thank U.
Ill do as u say. Now, those woofers would be better in the enclosure than the doors. Must be worth the extra money.

Sam, this thread reminds me of how Nicholas Cage emptied a plane full of arms in a couple of minutes. That sale was also for free!! What are you upto?

Monkey, the speakers are not marine man. You get different marine speakers. These won't last you long at sea.

@sam:

I want to improve the front sound stage for the low frequencies which at the moment is coming from the 12 Inch Sub in the swift hatch Back boot.

Is it possible to use them on the doors along with the infinity reference speakers i already have. I am willing to spend a few Ks on this.

I want the front doors to handle more bass!!

Ever since i heard the car audio system in Skoda Laura, i am in love with what they have done with all those speakers in all the doors. It feels more rounded.

Is it possible to get this on the swift, If yes please let me have them
