Rajendra Place Metro Station, which is Pusa Road. You then need to get to the opposide side, through the colony, to Shanker Road. (Same station where Abhinav.Gupta has posted the picture of that stunt truck in the air )

Ok the deal is, there is no seating. They deliver, have a couple of tall tables outside to stand and eat, but mostly people eat in the car.

Please suggest a good place in south delhi/noida, where 10/15 guys can be accommodated and per head share should not be more then 600. There will be only 4 drinkers in this group, so is it advisable that we pay the boose bill separately or do we ask for bulk deal including dine+wine. for the full group?

PM sent with some 'additional' information

For the others:

011-25850002
011-45609600

The owner - Rahul, will always sound shrewd, but do not mistake this as ill behaviour. He talks like that, brash and blunt, but is a nice chap!

A gathering of 15 men from North India and only 4 drink?
Is this a religious meeting or a high school event?

Delhi excels in Mughlai and kababs, from Karim, Al Kausar, Aap Ki Khatir to Awadh in Delhi Haat, if you are there try out fantastic fish Orley from WB outlet run by Bijoli grill, try their Kobiraji cutlet as well. Also check out their Misti doi. If you decide on Karim, splurge and try out Muragh Mussalam, Sikandari Raan, Jahangiri kabab and of course their korma. Of course, try out their biriyani as well, its quite authentic.

And if you guys like true paneer waale bhature with kaka channa, there is no one better than OMs in Karol Bagh where their taste and quality has been the same since 1970s. Also check out CR park for excellent rolls and of course, genuine authentic Bengali sweets, Kamala sweets makes them best there.

There is another thing that one should try their lifetime in Delhi and thats Changizi Chicken at Darya Ganj, this chicken rivals roasts made by French chefs, truly delectable.

I would like to add the Dhal ka Mita from Bikanerwala in Karol Bagh is heavenly. I am still eating every day 25gms from my last week's trip to Delhi.

I also happened to eat at Changizi chicken outlet and as you rightly said. It is out of this world and nothing goes better with their Khameri Roti.

Yup ,nothing beats the non veg food at old delhi.
A friend recently got married and he arranged for a famous `khansama` from old delhi to be the caterer for the reception.
The food was finger licking good and truly authentic.
The Korma ,biryani and the kebabs were to die for.

Spinz - East of kailash (next lane from sanjha chulha)
Good ambience/food and a very decently priced menu.

Gola Sizzlers - Del col
The top floor has the main bar ,decent place and easy on the pocket too.

Aaah one of the specialities of Old delhi ,i prefer to have it with Rumali roti though.
Also worth mentioning is the way they make Tandoori items there ,after roasting they drizzle some melted butter spiced with herbs and masalas......Heavenly.

Hmm I should try out Bridges then. Any other location pointer? You gotto turn left after you emerge from the colony on to the shankar road? Is is before or after the cafe Coffee day?
Also at the city square mall at YO CHINA they are now offerring a buffet kinda meal @149 plus taxes. Good food and a 5 course one at that too. The price is simmilar to their combo meals so iy you love gorging then you can opt for this deal. They give you, Soup/Pepsi, 1 starter, 1 unlimited main dish, Unlimited rice/noodles, Icecream.

Yo China - Yuck Yuck !! Plastic Chinese Food

I used to like yo china at one time. Now it's quite pathetic.

I went to Chung Wah this time when I was in Delhi ( Central Market, Ljpt Ngr ). The food was quite nice and tasty. So that is one addition to my list of good places to eat.

Another one I tried this time was - Select City Walk - Geoffrey's - Buffet @ 300 I think. It was brilliant and food was very good. they kept bringing small tikkas & other bits in between. Even the dessert was very good.

Give it a shot at lunch time.

It's on the same line, a bit before CCD.
