Saw Arahaan ( Korean movie) for the 4 th time on Star Gold yesterday night ( amid abuses from wife and kids) . There was a similar movie which had come on Star Gold with a similar cast and I am unable to find it on IMDB . can anyone point me to the name of that movie . It was about the son of 2 masters( husband and wife) who is estranged and then returns to them almost dead and they nurse him back to health and he fights an old enemy of his parents.

The Ruins (2008).

A very good horror/supense movie. Must watch for horror buffs.

IMDB has given it a 6/10 rating.

KIDNAP

Did a BIG mistake going & watching this movie.

Did not ecpect it to turn out so boring. Only one thing - Minisha Lamba is HOT with a capital H !! She simply sizzles !

Verdict - 1/5

I second this opinion.

Definitely not worth your money and time. Story starts going downhill right from the get go. The cast did a very average job acting their roles. Finally, the dude who wrote the plot for this movie need to be shot.

Thats cool.

Sounds very much like " Dusk till Dawn" and is there any scenes similar to the snake dance by Salma Hayek in DTD?

Hellboy 2: Found it a bit over the top. After Dark Knight, all superhero movies will be accused of that i guess. And the groundwork for part 3 was very obvious. But overall nice one time fun to watch movie.

New Police Story (*ing Jackie Chan): Well, the video library guy had catalogued it as "Comedy", but you have to wait till half the movie is over for some comedy to show up. Its a story of a high profile cop (Jackie Chan) who leads his elite team into a mission that goes horribly wrong and ends up losing his entire unit. After that his life just goes from bad to worse until hope arrives in the form of a new found friend. Together, the two solve the case that had led him to lose his team. Good action.

Into The Wild: Nicely shot movie. Watch it just for the amazing cinematography. Story is a little depressing though. The protagonist is a young man who feels betrayed and neglected by his ever-fighting parents and decides to embark on a journey to Alaska, where he spends his days hunting and living in the wild. Along his journey he meets some people who shape his life.
