Saw LBC yesterday & I haven't regretted watching any movie so much as this one. No its not a bad movie but its so darn predictable & after watching OSO & Fashion & numerous other movies on realities of Bollywood it was all a big YAWN.

They say the script was penned back in 1995, well they should have made it then only. The movie is slow & very boring feels like you are watching a documentary.

Farhan Akhtar has limited expressions & he should select roles accordingly in future he just managed to pass in this one.

Watch it only if you have nothing else to do & if someone is sponsoring the ticket

My first post on this thread. Watched Defiance yesterday. Starring Daniel Craig and Liv Schreiber. Great movie. A tad long, and a tad predictable but definitly worth a dekko. A WWII story during the Nazi invasion of Belorussia, and a group of Jews who defy them. Performances are decent, and the movie has a good pace to it. Go for it...

Watched " Final Destination 2" last night.

I was completely blown away by the freeway accident shown in the begining of the movie. Full marks to hollywood for making an action sequence which i found better than the Bad Boys 2 macabre highway action sequence.

It looked so dizzyling real and no indication of computer graphics used but i am sure they must have, that's what makes them pros in action movies.

All protagonist's death shown was gut-wrenching, please watch it before dinner and expect to have little or no dinner afterwards.

In short, awesome movie and a must see

4/5

So you mean this movie is meant to be watched when dieting, and you recommend this to the diet conscious group?

You needn't be on a diet before. This movie automatically puts you in a diet mode.

Luck by Chance

Caught the movie yesterday night @ PVR, Phoenix Mills.

Liked it - it's nothing exceptional but it's good. The story is nothing new, it takes a look at the insides of Bollywood. The way it's presented lifts the movie. Farhan and Konkana are first rate while Isha puts in a surprisingly good performance. Rishi Kapoor and Dimple are brilliant - that's expected.

The music is the weak link in the movie. The cinematography is very good. The pace is slow and languid and it works for the kind of story thats being told.

Verdict - 2.75/5
- Watch it once.

ps - I loved the opening credits.
ps 1 - I loved the Hall No 7 in PVR @ Phoenix.

Watched City of God on DVD last night. Superb movie. Great Story, great presentation, and wicked sense of humor. Set in City of God, a slum in Rio De Janeiro, it is the story of a kid who wants to be a photographer. Great characters too. Must watch for any movie fan.

Just back from watching "Luck by Chance". Don't know what they were thinking when they made this movie. It has no proper music, weak story and extremely slow pace.

Not worth a watch even once

1.5/5
