Quarantine - One of the scariest movies iv seen.
Its not a mindless zombie/horror movie ,you hardly get to see the mutants ,its the way the movie is made/filmed which makes you jump up in your seat.
A MUST watch for horror fans.

An award winning performance by Will Smith in this movie! A must watch.

I haven't watched 'Swept away' yet. Was commenting based on the three movies LS&2SB, Snatch and Rocknrolla.

Saw " Final Destination" last night. I was swept away by this movie. After a long time, a superb edge of the seat thriller.

4.5/5

I was reading on this thread the second part is even better? Also, the 3rd installment isn't that great?

You are right. Only FD 1 deserves a mention. FD 2 and 3 can be given a pass.
2/5 for each of them.

Exactly. The whole concept is just repeated all over again in the sequels. But should be a one time watch.

Me and a couple of friends saw LBC yesterday. A waste of money!

I actually wished I had not hurried to the multiplex to get there in time. Damn I could have missed it. Luckily I missed the first few minutes of the movie.

To me the movie was too predictable and hackneyed. As bad it was I liked the Fashion movie from Bhandarkar more than this. Other than a few scenes and good acting by a few, there was nothing in it. I was not looking for a masala movie or one that makes you sit up and think. I'll have to agree to Eddy when he says

Is it a comedy movie ? No
Is it a drama movie ? No
Is it a thriller movie ? No
Is it a suspense movie ? No
Is it an action movie ? No
Is it a rmoantic movie ? No
My rating: 1.5/5

To top it all, now I have a "Luck By Chance" tee to remind me of it often.

Watched APOCALYPTO on Hbo the other night. Man, it's one amazing movie Mel Gibson has made. Was so engrossed in the movie that did'nt change my position for one and a half hour and the next day had a sore neck :-( . I even loved Will Smith in Seven Pounds. Excellent work by him. One movie I saw a couple of days ago was some 'Falls' something. Pierce Brosnan was fabulous in that one. For half an hour i watched the movie and then realized it was him. Amazing makeup.

It must have been Seraphim Falls starring Pierce Brosnan & Liam Neeson. It is indeed a very good movie. Excellent cinematography.

I too wondered...

Saw it and did not feel anything great about it.

One thing amused me most was these slum kids and other characters speaking firangi English. In between those convent English, all those MC-BC gaalis. Ye baath kuch hajam nahi hui

Well watched Luck by chance.
All i can say is it aint all that gr8 to deserve 4*'s! Frankly anything more than 2.5 is a waste.

Yes it did show the inside happenings of the industry but cmon we do know all these things from all the bhandarkar and other mmovies made before.
This movie was made after reading all the filmfares and other mags.

For eg: Reasons given by actors for not making movies.
1) Injury
2) Dates problem
3) Doesnt suit his style and or has recently done such a role so will get sterotyped.

What is the advice given to a rooki who makes it big in Holly and bolly mves and also reallife?
1) Friends are the once who have known you from before.(Do you need SRK to tell you that!!!)

Where do you get filmy gossip from?
Watch Page 3 guys...

Well frankly this can be missed from the multiplex or you can catch it on home video. Nothing to actually rush to the theatre for.

Its close to 3hrs in length including the interval so you can get squirming in your seats.
