Any feed back or experiences to share in relation to this project?

Thinking of a 2BHK in this one- the area is a pretty nice one, lot of open space.
I have booked a flat in Ozone Evergreens in July 2012. It's not a bad deal if you are willing to buy the small apartments. As per the revised plans all flats now have balconies. A friend of mine booked his flat last Friday at Evergreens. I think they have released the remaining flats from Owners share.

Send me a PM if you need any information regarding Ozone Evergreens.

Anyone heard about Prestige Misty Waters? Is it launched yet and if who what price? I am looking at it from an investment point of view. All inputs welcome.

Nikhil---is it for rent or purchase? If the latter, then we saw a great one around half km away from Janapriya, opposite a school. The flat is brand new and the owner was moving abroad. It was around 36 lacs for a 3-BHK 1600 sft flat, with adequate parking.

If I had surplus cash, I'd have grabbed it and shifted, and used the ORR daily to office: the Langer Houze flyover is hardly a km away, and connected with a very good road.

Sounds nice. I may be interested to purchase.

How far is it from central city like Himayathnagar or Somajiguda? And, from there to Gachibowli?

It is 13 kms from Somajiguda and 1 km from the point on the main road to Golconda that is around half km from where the Langer Houz flyover ends.

I guess Narsingi Jn on ORR would be around 6 kms from that point.

Wish I could. If you are speaking about Happy Homes, yes, they are beautifully made flats with ample of space.

+10000000000. With the new Langer Houze Flyover in place, you bypass the Attapur-Karwan-Langer Houze strech. Direct from Attapur to Bapu Ghat, it's about 2 Kms.

Need some help with Bangalore rental acco - I am moving to Bangalore by November beginning, will be working at Embassy Golf Links Business Park. My wife will be working out of Manyata tech Park. please help me with these -
1. What would be a good place to stay (budget of ~15K/month rental) considering that both offices are pretty far from each other.
2. Is there metro connecting any of these office locations?

Look for places like cv Raman nagar ,approximately 5km or so for u 10 for the mrs or on the airport road towards, Kalyan nagar etc like kamanahalli, banaswadi etc close for her and not too far for you . Not sure about rents tho, you might need to check but 15 - 20 should do it

Ah n no metro to these places for a while

If you value peace of mind and hard earned money, you would be better off staying far away from anything related to SJR. The amount of negative feedback you've seen should have scared you enough.
