I really envy you guys. Staying in this HOT OVEN (Chennai) I'm badly missing the pleasant weather of Bangalore. Hoping the weather should continue the same till I reach Bangalore this weekend!!!

I read in TOI that from next year i.e. 2011 onwards, there will be rainfall deficit for 8 straight years according to the met dept.
Somehow every prediction of the met. dept. has been the other way around. whenever they say, temperatures to rise, it would rain. whenever they say more showers expected, it would be scorching hot.

So by the look of the prediction, I would expect more and more rains for the period mentioned

Indeed, we are not allowed to take snaps inside the campus else would have shared the snaps.

Never saw all the balconies so much filled to get a glimpse of rain, it was indeed too hot in the afternoon.

I can see dense dark clod formation in C.V.Ramannagar and also looks like it is pouring around Koramangala/Indiranagar as it is dark and seeing from 8th floor. The norm over the years in Bengalooru was if the temperature rises in summer you would definitley have a downpur.
Welcome relief.

From MG Road, grey skies all round. But little sunshine is still around. Birds movements indicate impending rain (I know I am sounding like the weather guy).

Hope it rains all over Bangalore.

It was pretty hot for the last couple of days. Its good that it has started raining, at least in EC area. Hopefully, it'll cover the whole of Bangalore by evening. Here in Rajajinagar, there are some clouds around, but the sun's still peeking through
