[quote=wanderlustindia;814205]Misbah needs to play sooner than later. He is a class act. He has turn things around for the Bangalore boys. Delhi seem strong and after that defeat at the hands of Punjab, they are looking to set things straight.

Dont understand why he has been made to sit out in the last 2 games he will come in handy with the Bat. They could have played him in the last game against the Chennai team

Bangalore has to drop some one to let in Misbah. They badly need a good finisher. They can gamble by dropping Kallis and bringing in Misbah. I know Kallis is a great player. But he does take time to settle at the crease. No harm in resting him for a game .

Why not drop Jaffer instead. I know he played well in the last game, but only after he got a couple of lives and clearly he is not cut out for the T20 format. Misbah is a better bet anyday.

Even Dravid can sit out and the captaincy can go to someone else, Kallis maybe.

A foreign player has to go to accommodate Misbah. The most likely to sit out does look Kallis.

You are right with only 4 foreign players per game the best option it be for Kallis to sit out, anyway he has not yet fired so far.

Also i guess Akhil has a injury as he was limping in the last game and they had to call a runner. Why not try out N C Aiyappa? I hope I got the name right.

Karnataka had a brilliant batsman in Deepak Chougule. But he was picked up by Hyderabad.

For Bangalore to win the will have to pick a team suited for T20. Dravid and Jaffer anre clearly not suitable for this format of cricket

I have voted for Royal Challengers (Bangalore) just because i am from that city. However IPL is just a means for all team owners to make money. They are least bothered about winning or losing. Ultimately the profits earned will be distributed among all the team owners. BCCI will be getting the major share of profits without any investment.

Mallya is the smartest man of the lot as he has invested the least and will be reaping huge benefits. I guess its high time we need to wake up and support other games.
