Cricinfo - Check sequence of events - Dhoni

Quote:
Comparing the row to the one between footballers Zinedine Zidane and Marco Matterazi at the last World Cup final, Dhoni felt that the act of provocation needed to be checked too.

"What Zidane did was wrong, but Materazzi also was not completely in the right," Dhoni wrote in his column for the Hindustan Times.

He is not Cameroon, that is another country. He is Cameron White & a good allrounder, surely he is worth a little after whats been paid to the likes of dravid, ganguly etc. Am not sure what kumble could do in a T20. have to wait & watch.

Update on slapping issue:

Match referee Engineer begins Harbhajan hearing

Besides Harbhajan and Sreesanth, Lalit Modi, Chief Commissioner of the Indian Premier League, and commentator Harsha Bhogle, who is advisor to IPL team Mumbai Indians, are attending the hearing.

Wow, Harsha Bhogle at last has landed some job. But his advices aren't making any difference to Mumbai Indians.

Harbhajan banned for 11 IPL matches

Harbhajan Singh has been handed a 11-match ban following his altercation with Sreesanth at the end of Mumbai Indians' match against Kings XI Punjab on Friday. It means he is all but out of the first edition of the IPL - unless Mumbai reach the final of the tournament, which looks highly unlikely at this point.

Just thinking what will happen to $ 850,000 paid to him. Will Ambani take back this? Similar kind of punishment was supposed to be given to Sree also as he is also equally to be blamed for instigating HS. Only then these guys will learn the lessons properly.

Now, Symmo and Hayden might be laughing at HS for this ban.

Jaffer played an unbelieveable innings.
Dravid's LBW was a wrong decision

Apart from Boucher Taylor is the only other striker RC have. Misbah has to come in place of either Kallis or Steyn.

Jaffer played well. But horrible batting by the captain - probably he is aiming for most golden duck award

Was he sleeping when Bangalore won against Mumbai?

And whats about Dhoni guys? He seems to have an amazing talent of leading teams. Forget ODI or T20, he was able to lead the Indian team to victory even in Tests!

Disappointing end to the game. Classic example of 2-3 people contributing, and the rest collapsing to give the game away.

Well looks like Bangy boys snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Sad, they were going great guns when Jaffer & that imported bloke were batting! (Sorry forgot his name!)

Have to say though, either Dhoni is a great captain or an incredibly lucky person! Seems more of the former though, he & his team seem unbeatable right now!
