With a diesel vibrations are more, but a softly sprung petrol on a smooth road = great shots.

Anyways, here are the safari ones.

Just hook up your pod with the seat(neckrest straps).
I am planning to fabricate an in car mount using aluminium strips and few screws, but till then its gorillapod for me.

If somebody has a metal forging facility available to them, please help me!

After looking at your pics, just remembered that I've a picture like this too. I took it with the camera on a conventional tripod with 2 legs placed on the rear floor and one on the rear seat and held in place with the two rear seatbelts. Took it in a SX4

The Hari Parbat Fort at dusk in Srinagar: f/5, Exposure 8 sec. The result is poorly detailed and grainy despite having ISO-100. Would the experts kindly give some tips so that I may do better next time with such shots? I am no dslr guy btw.
