Ya , I understood , I had been to that place for lunch , but I was not aware about the name of teh hotel.

Good place it is , a good family toddy bar too. Ample parking. Nice scenery. Cheap rates as well.

For best biryani in Kochi, I haven't found anything better than Jeff's at Mattancherry (Cross the new toll bridge and on turning right, in Varkey's complex, a small shop).

Best sizzler and steak at The Attic in front of GCDA complex.

Fry's Village on Bannerji Road or is it Chittoor road (just confused).

Newly opened KFC in the Gold Souke on the NH47 bye pass.

Have been a fan of ceylon bake house's ethnic menu, they seem to have deteriorated.

Sunday morning breakfast - look no further than Sri Krishna's Inn or BTH branch in Willingdon Island.

There are lot of KFC's in Cochin but this one is the original. I would rate it just better than Chicking.

Defnitely , when compared to Chick king and EFC and other duplicate KFC's , the orginal KFC in the Gold Souk gives the quality food stuff

1. Swaraj round, Trichur, Near the "city center|tower" or whatever.

2. At ekm, on Banerji road, opposite the Furniture shop (vicinity of what used to be Popular Auto Spares & the fuel pump) on the ground floor of that building which houses a bar restaurant. This one is closed, IIRC.
