Guess they will be available from tomorrow, it does say 'from November 1'. Probably best to wait till tomorrow and try again.

Used the Whatsapp bot ticketing service yesterday and am happy to report the process was easy and seamless. Thanks to @PreludeSH for sharing the news.

On a slightly different note, any idea on the lean passenger times on the purple line ?

Someone senior I know wants to ride the metro a bit, and would be good to try it at less crowded times. Obviously, not early morning /let evenings, but middle of the day types.

On News Year eve, Namma Metro will run early morning services on Jan 1 at a flat rate of ₹50 per paper ticket which can also be bought in advance
