In India, 104KMpH on my Suzuki shogun on Chennai-Pondy East Coast Road.
In Germany, 235 KMpH in a BMW 525i. I know it is nothing when you consider the speed de-restricted German AutoBahns.

The bike was a '95 Suzuki GSX600 Katana with a yoshimura 4 into 1, stage 1 jet kit and K&N filter. Dyno'd at 80.1hp (up about 15hp from a stocker) at the rear wheel. waaaaay down on the 600's of today though, which put out about 92-98 hp at the wheel!

Was it a Red Katana by any means

Neither the Optra nor the CRDi will hit those speeds.

I think no one can beat my 175 kmph in an old heavy esteem producing only 50 BHP.(The Old Carburetter Version).

Most of the guys have done wonderfully well here! Those speeds are amazing. I never got a chance to drive such fast cars/bikes.

My fastest have been on my Honda City 2004 with the speedo needle crossing 170kmph mark. I have achieved this quite a few times now.

I had a ZX-12R that I maxed out at 311km/h, true by GPS. Indicated speed was 220mph.

This picture was taken when I swapped bikes with a guy who had a Busa and we terrorized the roads around Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. We were hitting 260km/h in traffic. He was pretty *****y. I don't ride like that unless the roads are empty or nearly empty, but he was on my bike and I was following him, didn't know the area, so I just followed him. The Busa is a very sweet bike too. The above mentioned 311 was done alone, and I am not telling where that was.

Allow me to clarify,110 was done by me in second.Car was bone stock including tires.

210 was done by my brother,again the car was completely stock.

All the mods on the car were done after these two runs.

Why do u need any mods when your car does 110kph in 2nd and a top speed of 210..?
