It will be min of 7 hours journey including breaks in between and also since it is a convoy.

So 5am we have to start from Nelamangala Toll at any cost if we have to reach the place by lunch time.

If we are reaching post afternoon then it is no point since by the time we reach there people would have got tired and the whole evening is gone by taking rest.

Next day it is return journey time. Hence start as early as possible on Sat morning

I'm ok to join - but, I also have the similar concern like Shishir! We'll end up driving pretty much the entire weekend and spend only a few hours at dandeli - not to mention the tiredness caused by the daytime heat.

Target is to reach there by noon, and about coming back we can do a late start around 4/5pm... That gives us more than 24 hrs of rest time., ideal would be to be at nelemangla toll at 4:30am, till Chitradurga we will get lot of diversions, but after that smooth way, if by 8 we cross Chitradurga, we will be in dandeli by 11. Well before you feel the heat...

I am ok with this too, but those who plan to go with family if they agree to this, then nothing stopping us

Please consider me as Tentative for this meet/trip. I wasn't sure of making it (still not confirmed) so did not vote.

If i can make it i will be riding with you all. I also prefer that we depart from Blore on Fri night itself so we can make the most of the day on Saturday.

I will be going alone, so no worries, and Friday night start is really wonderful idea...
