For Chennai meet, please contact Hserus - Suresh. They are running a WA Chennai Meet group where finer details are discussed once people suggest the itinerary here.

Earlier we used to send out messages to all Chennai teamBHP members and inform them of a meeting. It was difficult to set up a meeting this way. We met probably once in a year. BTW we had close to 50 members from Madras once. The number should have gone up now.

That group is only used to coordinate minor things during a meet such as “we will stop at this restaurant for a coffee break” or “you all owe 450 each for a packed lunch”, stuff that just isn’t worth spamming onto the forum.

All the planning takes place here on tbhp and so far we haven’t done a meeting for a long time since that breakfast drive some months back.

Sure, two or three people arrange among themselves to meet up for dinner or whatever but that’s again not an actual meet.

I’m sorry - I used up quite a few days on a family vacation and then been buried heads down in work, very little time to plan a meet.

Please set something up (find a venue with something of interest; make bookings etc) and keep this thread updated, many will turn up I guess. I personally may not be able to due to a lot of business travel in 1q2020. Once a venue is decided please ping me, I’ll open up the group and add you.

Morning start, around 0700, drive down to Mahabs, get breakfast there, drive back and around 1100 AM (during the return) halt at ECR Speedway, Kart and wrap by 1300.
