drive down raj bhawan road till khairatabad junction. turn left onto khairatabad road over rail flyover. do not turn right for prasads or left for necklace road but continue straight next to the lake on ntr marg. cross lumbini park on your left and drive 50 metres then take left turn at the next signal below the flyover. cross lumbini park parking lot on your left and then aero express bus stop on your left. take left turn into the very narrow lane (the lane is hardly 50 metres after the signal) just before haritha restaurant.

This is the Hyderabad Boat Club. Sailing Club Annexxe is on the other side of the Lake.

Sailing Club is Tankbund ke us par and BC is Tank Bund ke is par.

Dude, you dont have to cross the tankbund road. As soon as you take a left from Lumbini park, go dead slow and look for a small "fishy" lane on your left which will lead you straight into BC.
