The right word is wreaking (from wreak) as:

With Laila wreaking havoc, any where near the coast is dicey.

Well, with a name like Laila what else did you expect?!

I stick to simple English only. Rich language is the domain of our esteemed and extremely learned legal counsels. I dare not venture in that direction .

Panga with in-house English Guru . Never!!!

P.s: I thought you were talking about Bidisha

How can you even think that?

Bidisha is your in-house guru whereas, If you read my OP I said Ravvs is our in-house guru.

Was the difference so hard to spot?

One more. Now this thread is getting to sound like the Yetiguide to English, one of my favourite threads.

The plural for counsel is ..... you guessed it - counsel! This might or might not be supported by dictionary.com but in usage, many lawyers together are referred to as counsel not counsels.

okies no more OT stuff.

Cheers,

There is a simple cure for boredom in this town. Invite the Hydeez over for dinner tomorrow night.

Never a dull moment with the Hyd TBHP junta around. Of course, you will probably have to leave your house with them!

Cheers,

Hyderabad June'10 TBHP Drive Meet?

Guys, seeing the harsh summer tapering off, we need to plan our next drive asap. Hope there will be lots of rain and weather becomes even cooler by then.

Either the June 5th/6th or 12th/13th weekend would be ideal.

Destination options can be :-

Nagarjunsagar
Suryalanka
Srisailam

I am open for an overnighter as well at any of above locations. Please put on your thinking caps and come up with some ideas and your willingness to participate
