Some update on the Ducati thing we were discussing yesterday. Its a white Ducati, with MH Registration. Its not Ducati 1098 as someone was saying, its a Ducati 848. Its a recent purchase and has been purchased from Mumbai. This guy, whom I am referring to stays at Banjara Hills and is very very passionate about automobiles.

Shall try to get more information in the meantime. This whole information has been given to me by my younger brother yesterday night. This guy who owns the Ducati happens to be his friend.

Hi all,

I relocated last year to Hyderabad, the place where I was born and brought up in, after having spent 5 years in Bengaluru. Although I'm bekar right now (in more than one sense of the term) it looks like I'm going to be in Hyderabad for the foreseeable future and hopefully I'll get a new set of (4) wheels soon too.

It would be fun to join you all over a local (don't think I can make the 16th trip to Bidar) meet sometime soon. I'll watch this space.

+1 Rajesh Bhai.we need to take the location,ambience into consideration while we decide for the meet.This should be one of the qualifications for the meet.
Pan Dabba meet seems gross to even hear !!!

Continuing with the theme of above two posts, I suggest calling for Extra General Body Meeting of the Hyderabad T-BHP Chapter. The primary agenda would be to decide on what constitutes a meet and what doesn't. Once that is done, we will lay down strict rules for having a good meet.

So please provide RSVP for the EGBM.

I agree. That also means that all the times when we bump into MC at Spar would not qualify as meets.

+1 on what everyone said as to what qualifies as a meet and what doesnot.

Impromptu meets with Avi would be a normal thing, given i keep shuttling between DLF Building and Office Campus every now and then and Avi's office falls on the way. I am all eyes searching for a known face and i see Avi as my only respite in that erstwhile barren area devoid of friends

BTW MC, when is the EGBM?

I have something to add here. I would recommend impromptu meets!! When the concept of meet was down it was the impromptu meets which kept us going and develop the relationships among us. Its upto the members to post about the impromptu meets or not. But a gag is not required in my opinion!!!

Impromptu meets or not, we all mostly do bump into each other and do have a quick round of hi's & wassup's & bye's. These meets mostly endup on a real good note.

Me too---my uncle from Orissa has landed up in Hyd and I need to take him around over the weekend.

I look forward to participate in June drives, after the weather cools down a wee bit.
