Rough Plan: Assemble at the meeting point -Drive towards the decided place (less than 2 hrs commute preferred ) - Stop enroute at a Tapri for Tea/ Breakfast - Reach the destination and some fun interactions - Stop at a good viewing point for a small photo shoot - On the way back from the destination a lunch stop around (12:30 -1:00) - Drive back home by 4 PM - Logon to Team - BHP and post experience and loads of pics .

One more point is if we are planning to have some Mumbai BHPians joining in we can plan for Amby Valley drive. I know lot of Pune BHPians must have done it earlier but this is the only central point that i can think of for the meet.

I might join on 9th / 10th if I don't drive to (whereelse but) Sringeri around that time. And location is not an issue. I'm ok with any place around Pune as long as there is food, drive and loads of T-BHPians.
