A small suggestion ,

Please keep updating the spreadsheet and keep copying the link as we move on to new pages in the thread , otherwise the link will be lost and people wont update the sheet .

@ AP : Ashish sir , come on you can come for this trip too . Next time we'll go to the place you suggested .

Yes the thread title has to be edited. Would get it done once the date is freezed about a week before the meet. Else it would again have to be edited.

Editing and updating the thread title with even the tentative earliest date is the easiest way to find out when the meet is.
There are a lot of T-Bhpians out here in Pune who will not know that there is a meet happening.
Else there should be atleast one post in every thread page stating the location and date. Its not very interesting to go back a few pages and read through some totally irrelevant posts to find out when and where exactly the meet is going to be.
Interest in new members could be raised by editing the title thread as early as possible even if tentative.

Valid point and taken. But getting the title edited is easier said then getting it done For the last meet on 13th March i had asked the moderators to edit the title and it took some time for it to be done. I don't blame them as considering the size of the forum they must be getting innundated with requests.

I am asked the moderators to edit the title. Hope it happens quickly.

Hi Friends,

Keeping an eye on this thread for the last few weeks, but couldn't post anything in the fear of not joining the meet due to some personal/professional commitments, and so it happened.

Anyways, shall drop in at the earliest available opportunity irrespective of the location.

I believe Pune T-BHP is the one of the most active and organized meet thread, it is really frustrating to see the pics and not being a part of it

As already quoted, before 15th Apr, it is impossible for me to attend any meet.

Looking at the inclination , dates moved to 2nd week :
Since its 25th already , closing down a few options due to poor parking space / no member feedbacks /distance and other factors . We still need to decide on a food joint as we finalize the destination ,as we would be a big group (least expected around 25)

Hope its not too early to remove the extra destinations .

So heres the recompiled list :

Date: 10th April (Sunday) (Opted as Sat might be working for a few folks)


Rough Plan: Assemble at the meeting point -Drive towards the decided place (less than 2 hrs commute preferred ) - Stop enroute at a Tapri for Tea/ Breakfast - Reach the destination and some fun interactions - Stop at a good viewing point for a small photo shoot - On the way back from the destination a lunch stop around (12:30 -1:00) - Drive back home by 4 PM - Logon to Team - BHP and post experience and loads of pics .

Hi As per the current update by JD, here is what i see
Jadhavgadh - count = 9
Pratapgadh - count =4
Lonavla - count = 2

So going by the majority rule, shall we finalize Jadhavgadh so that we can look on another important aspect, Food because from past experience on this thread, this discussion takes around a week to be conclude
