As per the earlier posts the plan was to have the meet on Sunday 3rd April. I am sure some of the confirmed attendees - JealousDiamond, Swanand etc would fill you in with the details.

I would not be able to join the meet on that day so would not be able to salute the General/Admiral on 3rd April. This would be pending for the next meeting.

Found about details about Walkie talkie hire. Rs 200/- per day per piece. Range is 1Km. No need for any permits. I asked the fellow whether he can supply 10 units, the answer was yes. We need to pay him in advance and he needs a security deposit check that he will not encash. Once we return the sets, he will return the check.

I am ruled out for only the April 2nd wala weekend, cuz of World Cup and associated plans. Weekend after that should be good. And walkie talkies sounds insanely exciting somehow LOL.

Why do you need walky-talky when you have mobile phone?
