Tried Torque on Safari and sadly it didn't work. Fun2Drive didn't even work in Alto! Seems it OBD's don't work with Suzuki's in general.

I also tried OBD Car Doctor on Safari which worked fine. Have posted details here

Folks - Would this work on a Nov 2008 Swift Dzire VDi?

I think all Maruti Suzuki vehicles post 2010 have OBD 2 and all those pre 2010 MS vehicles wont connect with these applications (read somewhere). I read in some forum about a 2010 Gypsy getting connected. Since mine is a 2010 gypsy, i plan to buy the ELM connector and try it soon enough.

These OBD II connectors will work on vehicles that were made after 2009

You can get yourself a ELM 327 Vgate Mini v2.1 Bluetooth scanner that costs 1500 (incl Shipping) from ebay.in.

It works like a charm in my Ritz VDi (2010 model)

Anyone knows whether 2009 Vista is OBD-II compliant? It does have a 16 pin socket, but nothing mentioned about OBD-II.

I guess your Vista will be OBD II compliant as you have a 16 pin socket.

I have no idea about the difference in v1.5 and v 2.1. I just use the v2.1 thing.

Used Torque on my Figo 1.2 as well as the old Verna VGt. Must say its quite addictive to watch the readings at the same time learning and gaining knowledge on what each reading means and if its normal etc.

Only wish I had a bigger screen that could be mounted on the dash which will be equivalant to all the physical meters some modded cars have.

Was fun to watch the turbo boost reading on the Verna. Went upto 20 psi in one of the turbo kicks.

What is the highest boost reading you got and at what RPM in your verna? Can you post a screenshot of the boost gauge?

Addiction is such that sometimes we tend to drive like a maniac to see those gauges work. I use it when I am a passenger mostly and not while I am driving.

I got the highest boost reading of 18.9 psi but mine is a FGT (1.3 DDiS).

XUV 5-O-O is a New vehicle it will be OBD-II compliant.

Get a scanner tool from Ebay.in website. It is better and is shipped faster.
