I'll try out to compare to see if there is difference in data if set by MAP (default) and MAF.
Did you check using both MAP and MAF method? In my SX4, values were same in both methods. But in MAP method, boost gauge changes to Vacuum after max boost(which should never happen in a diesel car). Also what is the max boost in your Swift?
Thanks

The values are slightly different when both methods are compared.

In my Swift and Ertiga it remains in Boost status. Doesn't change to Vacuum.

In my Alto K10, it is Vacuum gauge.

16.9 psi. Remember seeing 17.5 psi too.

Samsung's new car dongle enables drivers to monitor vehicle's performance
New Delhi, Feb.22 (ANI): South Korean multinational conglomerate Samsung Electronics Co Ltd has unveiled a car dongle which provides a way for owners of older cars to add LTE(Long-Term Evolution)wireless connectivity to their vehicles.

The Samsung Connect Auto dongle plugs into a car's OBD II diagnostic port and enable drivers to monitor their vehicle's performance as well as locate it. It also acts as a Wi-Fi hotspot in the vehicle, the Verge reported.

Samsung has not disclosed the price of the Connect Auto but the device is expected to be available for sale in the second quarter of this year. (ANI)

IMO yours being a 2005 model Swift, is it a OBD 2 compliant? I am not sure if it is. Hence check with MASS once.

Hi! I've been using the Torque Pro app since 2 months now. It works with all cars which are OBD 2 compliant and manufactured post 2010. If your Safari Dicor meets these requirements, it should work.

OBD 2 is post 2009 so your car may not be compatible.

Do not know if it works in general for all post 2009 Alto cars, but in Alto 800, it does. I tried it.

Also, if anyone can help me what does this 'incomplete' mentioned against Catalyst mean?

And can someone please explain what can these 14 other faults be?

You have a faulty OBD II device. Kindly talk to the person from whom you have bought the device and get it changed.

As per OBD2 standards this is one of the few tests that are run to check the status of the emission control system. Need not worry about this. As long as there are no DTC present, your car is good to go.

Re: OBD (On-board diagnostics) for Indian Cars

Encountering an issue with my Torque Pro app since few days.

It is a full version and has been working fine since 2 years and is used on a daily basis.

Few days back I turned it on to see the 'profile not found' blinking. The profile was set to my car with all the details entered. I thought I may have accidentally deleted and set it again only to find it removed again the next time.

Has anyone experienced the same and is there an update available to fix the same?
