A blown fuse for sure..it recently happened to me too. Just a little fuse which should cost you Rs.10-15, sort of DIY job. But be extra careful to replace it with the OEM ampere rating !

Harry, please replace with 7.5 amp fuse only as mentioned by Company. This will protect your cars systems for unseen power surges, should they occur again!

hi friends
after 2 months of ownership and a 2500 km of drive i felt the car pretty satisfying me.the thing which satisfy my on highway is that when someone overtakes me , just accelerate and here the rocket launches and bye bye to the one who was ahead me. the car is the best combination of power and fuel economy. i didnt felt any difference in cost of its ownership and my m800 . till now i have just spent rs.1k on it, 500 for wheel balancing tyre rotation and wheel balancing.500 for oil filter and rubbers for suspension.i am satisfied by its performance.
secondly friends how much would it cost if i get type2 conversion on rear. i have seen a ohc type 2 lying with kabbadis . what price i should pay to get the rear lights bumper and boot in turn of my old honda city type 1 lights bumper and boot. the car is of same colour so there will be no cost of painting.reply soon.

if conversion is costly can i fit some other aftermarket tail lights as i find the present pretty boring

Welcome to the satisfied OHC Owner's club...! Glad you're enjoying driving the OHC.

I still repeat from my earlier post, don't do those light mods, it will not look good (or u will land up spending more money) and also will affect your resale value.

Harry. Congrats!
I too had an OHC 1998. Trust me its an awesome machine. The only issue i felt was the dull lights. If you really want to mod, change the front lights to Type 2 crystal lights and later on a HID kit.
You'll be benefited in 2 ways - better lights and good looks.
But yes, do not overspend on a 10 year old car.

A spray can is available for smoking the lights and is available at any accessories shop. I haven't personally done it but you can ask frankmehta who has done this to his esteem. You can PM him.

What are those two stickers on the top of the headlights? In my opinion you should remove them!

Since you are looking at modifications, why don't you get your exhaust changed to the VTEC type. it may not be the same exhaust, just weld the chrome pipe to it. Also you need to get your rear bumper fixed.

My suggestions :

Get rid of all the stickers (38, Top Speed, Windshield Honda, blackened lights etc)
Try to locate the original 5 spoke aloys.
If you're going in for a body-kit go for something that is similar to the original kit offered by Honda.
Remove the logos and get them chromed and give the car a good polish.
Keep the car original.
