I think the chassis numbers for these Mysore cars have got mixed up, experts can please shed some light.

KartikeyaL caught it, it was B77MX, more details here (How rich were the Maharajas before Independence! Cars of the Maharajas). The car is pictured at Rambagh Palace, and compared with a more recent picture.
