Piaggio India has launched a range of mid-capacity and high-end superbikes in India. These include the RS 660, Tuono 660, RSV4, Tuono V4 and the Moto Guzzi V85 TT.
The RS 660 is a fully-faired sports bike that is powered by a 659cc, parallel-twin engine producing 99 BHP @ 10,500 rpm and 67 Nm @ 8,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
The Tuono 660 is a semi-faired version of the RS 660. The 659cc engine on the Tuono is tuned to produce 94 BHP and 67 Nm.
The RSV4 is Aprilia's flagship superbike. It is powered by a 1,099cc, V4 engine that produces 214 BHP @ 13,000 rpm and 125 Nm @ 10,500 rpm.
The Tuono V4 is its semi-naked version, which uses the same engine. However, on this bike, it is tuned to 173 BHP @ 11,350 rpm and 122 Nm @ 11,000 rpm.
The V85 TT is a retro-styled adventure bike. It is powered by an 853cc, V-twin engine that produces 75 BHP @ 7,500 rpm and 82 Nm @ 5,000 rpm. It features a shaft drive instead of the more common chain setup.
