Following the reveal of the car, Tata has now teased the interior of the Harrier SUV. The teaser video reveals that the Harrier gets a dual-tone dashboard with wood and silver inserts. It also gets a 3-spoke steering wheel.
The video highlights a silver insert that runs across the lower edge of the dashboard. The side air-conditioner vents get silver surrounds and the steering wheel also gets a silver insert. The centre fascia houses a floating touchscreen infotainment system.
Previous spy shots had also revealed that the car gets a dual-tone interior with brown inserts on the doorpads and brown quilted seats. The centre fascia houses the buttons for the climate control system while a rotary drive selector is located on the centre console. A front central armrest is also provided. The spy shots also indicate that Harrier gets an instrument cluster with an analogue speedometer on the right and a digital colour screen on the left, which displays the tachometer and the MID. An engine start/stop button is also provided.
The Tata Harrier is based on the OMEGA platform derived from the Land Rover's D8 architecture. Powering the SUV will be a 2.0-litre KRYOTEC diesel engine with multi-driving modes.
