The front looks beautiful. The car looks really good in the longer avatar, but the small boot ruins it. The compact sedan launched in a couple of days, the Zest definitely looks the best of the lot.

2014-15 sure looks like a rock concert for petrol / diesel heads.
The front of course gets inspiration from the Mustang. It gets increasingly difficult for the buyers looking for sub 10 lakh segment. Really confused about whether to go for a compact SUV or these beautiful sub 4m sedans!

Wow! this car looks really cool and best among all compact sedans so far. The beefy looks on the front and classy looks on the back sure adds lot of character to the car. Hope it's built "Ford Tough" for India as well.

The previous two iterations of this car i.e the Ikon and Fiesta Classic also had neatly integrated boot sections from their hatch versions. Good that the Figo/Ka Sedan also follows that tradition.

13+ years and the Ford-Hyundai wars continue Both of them follow almost the same Product Cycle/Launch timing.

If Ford adapts the same strategy in India, IMO this won't be helpful for the sales, considering the bad experience the company had with Fiesta pricing.

I hope the marketing in India has learnt lessons.

I doubt Ford will mess up one more time. Both the two products which hit success for Ford was on account of being terrific VFM. And in between, they had one of their biggest dud - the Fiesta. The facelift Fiesta is supposed to be re-jigged with good VFM quotient as per the rumors.

So it's unlikely they will screw up one more time.

I remember the Ford had a real tough competition with the Opel Astra before then. Remember the Escort vs Astra war?
We counted the number of Escorts v/s Astras, we would come across, on our way to school.
