Isn't the rf more than enough? It supplies 325w to the luccent sub. Anyways that much power i will not be using ever. So then why a better amp? I mean, in a sub, there is nothing like a sonic signature right? So what difference does the quality of the amplifier make in this case?
I'm very happy with the sub amp combination. Why do you think it needs an upgrade? I don.t know. Please fill me in

Yes Abhinav, I am quite sure you will get to hear the new setup, but the older setup might be lacking an amplifier by the time you land. I shall try my best to preserve the system as it is. But if some stuff gets sold, then its a pity!

i wish. talks are on. lets see how it goes. the luccent sub will also be disconnected. lol. because the head unit will be playing the rears. it will be like a chhapri install, with the rears playing off the head unit and a sub in the boot. lol

Hi everyone

here's an update from my side. The Rockford Fosgate has been sold. The Alpine 9887 is also out. The rear fills have also been removed(since the eclipse is a Deadhead and i don.t want to/have any channels of amplification for the rears. I don.t want the rears to be playing)
In a surprising turn of events, one more component has been added. Already. But i shall be fitting it when the new head unit and amp arrive

its a surprise. And a big one at that. Gas time again. People who know, shhhhhhhh!

When is the new setup going in ? And how about requesting the mods for a change in the title ?

Oh this time, there's a lot of surprises. So the title is going to be changed after the entire setup is complete in the next month:-) will request mods to do the needful in some time
