Very true,

He gave a lot of BS on the one of my Amp being fake, that FG of the mid bass should be done to improve sound staging and all that. I didnt buy it.

And his tunning is not perfect, he just trusts his ears.

Yes he is pricey, but so is every other FG installer in Chennai

I actually went all the way from Chrompet searching for this guy only to hear all his crap.So i just went on and got my speakers installed at Haute Car zone, on OMR.

Did he tune yours, or did you do it on your own?

Could you video it and put it up on youtube?

Damping is done for Front doors. a good 25 sq.ft of Noise kill for both the doors.

The effect is, well my X'over setting changed from 90Hz (HPF) to 70 Hz for the front components.

Thanks a lot Bakiya and Nitrous.

Will post the pics t'night

Great going Mi 10 , Amazing system. Your ICE story really has put a dent on my new car plans. Planning to get an ICE setup this year and delaying my new car plans by at least 1 Year (If I stick to my budget on the ICE )

The Guy who did this, is his name "Charles"? He is costly but does good installs.

From where did you get the Hertz components from and how much did the Noise Kill cost? And where did you source it from? Who installed it for you

Help me with some information as I am in the process of upgrading my ICE!!.

Thanks dude,
The Guys name is Tenny (I think he is realted to Charles). Yes he is costly, but good in Fiber glassing and mounting stuffs.

Hertz i got it from a Dealer in GP Road (the last one he had!!)
Noise kill is from our D-Bhpian. Pls speak to him for cost and other stuff.

Installation is from Tenny, Tuning myself and Damping by Kannan

Let me know if you need any assitance,

Thank you so much for the details. yeah i know tenny and his brother charles also.

I am planing to do mine from charles.

I am trying to get Boston G3 subs from US. Already have a kenwood 9104D mono amp.

Only thing is dont know is which comps to go for as I do not have much of knowledge of known brands, was planing to get Polk Momo comps. Today the number for a person dealing with DLS speakers from "thelord" and was asking about DLS reference MS6A comps for 17K.

Let us C..how things workout.

Thank you so much once again. Hope to meet you in any of the quickie meets and listen to your setup.
