Certain VTEC bulbs gives extreme pleasure to the owners who switch them on and sit under them.

Though CFL bulbs sell in large numbers, there are look down upon by forum members saying that its not powerful enough, or they are grossly over-priced.

If you drop a bulb, it shatters. It doesn't thud, or slam, or anything. And the funny part is, the 60W bulbs aren't really much cheaper than their 100W brethren.

Any bulb shatters. What matters with a bulb is how bright it shines, how easily it is available, and how much or little power it consumes.

Some bulbs are considered too bright for their own safety especially if the build quality does not match the brightness & the amount of heat it can generate.

damn this topic

Mumbaikars have already reported an increase in their Electricity bills. Which bulbs can we attribute this to?
