1. Have you not heard of leaning/transferring weight into corners?
Or:
2. Rear tyre was punctured, so he didnt want to put all his weight on the bike.Some was, ahem, "hanging" off.
(ignoring that its that undulation in the road that makes it look like he has a flat)
