This really happened to me once in South Bangalore. A biker was doing street acrobatics with mobile (SMS/call...) and blocking my way too. He became very unhappy when I honked and shouted him to move. On verbal duel, I invited him for a chat with the traffic police nearby. He said he hasnt violated any law as he was only listening and drove away!
