Yep, it does looks smashing.

Talking about the LWB version of Kite5 makes me remember, the Tata Pr1ma concept influence can be seen all over the Kite5 rear.

The present engines are average, with the diesel being good for it's class. But do really hope that Tata brings a proper powered 4 pot for the Kite5, cause otherwise i can't find much fault with the Tiago or the Kite5.

Kite 5 on Prathap Bose Twitter page looks absolutely stunning. Those alloys are drool worthy!! High mounted rear red light is cool too!

All the blogs and websites out there point to a similar engine as that of Tiago.
Petrol seems to slightly ok with 85PS where as the diesel with much smaller engine has just 70PS. For a car of this dimension wouldn't that be seriously underpowered ?With TATA cars being a little heavy in comparision to the competitors I wonder how it will perform with 4 Adults and a full boot.

From the images the above the car looks stunning in blue shade and I sincerely hope TATA will extract more power from those motors.

My reliable Tata birdie tweets that the Kite 5 sedan might come in with the 74PS/190Nm diesel option. It's already been tested.

A very welcome addition indeed. 4bhp extra and more importantly 40Nm extra is always welcome, given that the Tiago diesel had just about average performance.

An AMT option is under consideration. Might not be available immediately from launch, though.

Still unclear if it's the 1.05L with VGT, or the 1.3L in it's 75PS tune.

This post from IAB says its 420 litres. But how practical it would be is the question. From the images surfacing looks it might have a narrow boot opening
