Corolla H4 automatic bought in Mar07, driven 2970 kms till last fill, average FE=11.08 kmpl at 27-27.5C (auto). Worst was 10.6 kmpl, and best 11.5 kmpl.

Corsa 1.4 GSI: in winters (Dec06-Feb07), gave a range of 10.7-13.3 kmpl on better roads; in congested roads (average speed of 18 kmph), gives FE of 9-10 kmpl (with AC intermittent)

Highway: 16, the best we got once was 17.7 on ECR.

Royal Enfield Machismo 1999(cast iron block):
Forget city and highway, it gives 35-37 most of the time if ridden sensibly and about 33 when ripping it(or atleast trying to ;-) ).

16kmpl with a/c , 17.5-18kmpl without a/c in city

highway 20kmpl mostly with a/c on.

best i got was 23kmpl with a/c on all the time from delhi to jaiselmer.
