My better half likes the Honda Civic very appealing.

PS: She knows Mercs and Audis though and prefers an SUV of those brands than a car.
Audi Q7 too is on her list(hope she buys one).

Madam likes Prado, Hummer, Rolls Royce. I prefer a Nano in the cities.

my better half has grown to like cars quite a bit in the last 13 years ( bad company you see) , she loves her White Santro that i got her a couple of years back with alloys and michelins mind you and truth be told - has done a pretty decent job of driving it around Pune's playstation like traffic.

She knows her cars quite well and has driven quite a few , interestingly she seemed to have a penchant for speeding, especially on the highways, so when i am at 100 on the OHC VTEC, she is like , what 100 ? lets get going , and god save us when she is at the wheel on the highways - thats a different story..

She keeps the faith alive that there are women out there who also drive well

Cheers

Beat Won here!!

Not Married yet, but my girlfriend just loves her Beat. She used to drive a Santro earlier. Her dad(somewhat a car enthusiast who changes his cars every 2-3 years) wanted to get her the Polo, the i20 or the Punto or even a Swift despite the fact that there is one in the family already. She wanted an i10 or an alto or a spark. She said she did not like the Swift as it's steering felt very heavy! The Polo according to her did have the interiors. She really liked the i10 for it's "feather light steering". Somehow, we managed to convince her for the Beat and what tilted her decision towards the Beat's favour was the interiors on the Beat LT which she finally ended up buying.
BTW, she is a part of the CRV fan club too. She also loves her dad's ANHC. On asked about her dream car, I was surprised to hear "Alfa Romeo". Supposedly, she saw the MD of her company come to office in a White one. She also loves the old Accord. Guess it's a Honda thing for her. lol

Memsaab used to drive a Santro during her college days. Currently we are in a negotiation for an i10 Automatic for her city commutes.

Thankfully, my wife likes our new SX4 very much. She was pretty excited about it when we bought this car. She is as excited to ride in it on long highway drives as I am about driving it. Of course, I am very happy about this situation. I do not have to beg her anymore to come with me on a long drive

During my long search process (explained in 'test drives' section), she somehow never liked Punto. She was not too excited about Linea as well. One car that she genuinely liked and would have been more than thrilled to buy was ANHC.

In another instance, she liked a Pajero quite a lot. Recently, a beautiful blue Pajero was parked outside my house for a few days (probably some guests at neighbor's place or something), and I used to drool over her (the Pajero) everyday. I saw, for the first time in my life, that even my wife was looking at the car in a similar way. Amazing!

My lady loved the Honda CRV too. She also liked big cars like the Accord. A neighbour mentioned that his Accord was fetching only 5 lakhs in the II hand market and she wanted to buy it.

My wife loves driving the Bolero and the attention she receives when she takes it to work sometimes. Apart from that she drives the Uno on regular basis and is planning to buy the Nano in the next phase of availability.

P.S: She has come around to the idea of procuring a hardcore Jeep.
