Don't worry just keep a close watch on breaking. If you feel anything wrong get it checked.

It happens when revs drop(close to idle) in the verna CRDI too. nothing to worry about. doesnt happen if your AC is on re circulate option.

I think the AC is pulling in air from the engine bay.
also happens when your at 4000rpm and then suddenly lift off the accelerator.
I have a theory, but its only a theory, so gurus dont jump on me.

i think, the engine is sucking in all the air it can get when its at high revs, and when you lift off the throttle, there is a slight build up in pressure in the engine bay, which forces heated air in through the AC vents.

after a few moments(less than 2 secs) of running at a lower rpm it goes away.

initially I thought it was some nice extra feature installed by hyundai to let us have all the engine power when we floor the accelerator, by cutting off the AC.

Congrats. Its a great car.

I own a Getz Prime 1.3. My only issue with the car is posted by Elito. I am 6'2" tall. I am living with it as there is no solution.

3. The driving comfort is good.
To be honest The driving positions is bad! Especially for people above 5 10 or so! Extended hands and crouhed legs, also no thigh supoort

Congratulations on purchasing a fabulous car. Though bit pricy, but looking at interior space and peppy engine i would call it a nice package overall.

Looking forward for ICE pics.

For Diesel car like GetZ Crdi Overall Mileage as 14KMPL is very less though it has very good power.
Please let me tell the exact FE in City and Highway with 100% AC

I should think the mileage would increase after the initial 2500 kms or so. My Viva CRDi was consistently returning 15 kmpl in the city with A/c, but this is a more powerful engine hence...

Enjoy your new car

Cheers

Actually the best time to check the Fuel Efficiency is only after the first service .
