Thanks guys,
@rocam: thanks jithu even i was observing this and it was expressed to me by psycho but i wanted to wait for me to come back to and be there so i could see the differences and look into upgrades, was also looking at TB injector for the lack from the stock instead of a complete upgrade in the injectors.
@rdkarthik: almost there please if you could see if we can all head down to mmst for some runs and right now is the car running of the stock ecu or the rd ems.

Stock ECU as of now, and yes MMST sounds like a good plan!

If you block of that line wont the vaccuum inside the head be too much. Wont it affect the engine performance.

Hi CrazyDiablo, if you're referring to FordRocam's suggestion - that's a PCV line for blow-by gases in the crankcase. These are usually routed back into the intake so that they're not vented to the atmosphere (reducing emissions).

FordRocam is recommending that a crankcase breather filter be installed there instead, I don't think it would be blocked off completely.

Yeah thanks srini, now i noticed the breather filter line. My bad. Breather filters are available or is it something u make? Blocking of might not be a good ides because pressure will build up in the head/valve cover.

Nice car, drove it around a bit today after the initial tuning, great midrange and beautiful torque.

The car is now up an runing at 3.5psi of boost waiting on larger injectors to come in, even the new rd ecu was installed back, Like v1p3r said the car has a nice mid-range and nice amounts of torque. There is no feel for lag as the boost is set linear, forn 2500rpm you can start feeling the surge and it carries on till 7000, but once the turdo is boosting the car just seems to run like it wants to get there. the trageted boost is 0.9 bar wit only a injector swap and the tune up on the ecu.

at 3.5psi you should be putting out around 25bhp more right? Nice mid-range and good amount of torque is gross understatement. LOL Have fun.
