Project SX4-t. EDIT: Dyno chart (on pg10) and pics added

As the day passes it hard to sit half the world apart and get updates of the work carried out on my sx4, even though its in expets hands, there is some sort of an incomplete feeling.
I would like to firstly thank RD Kartik and Pavan from Race Dynamics, Keshav(pycho), Vasu of SAG Racing and Akshay(v1p3r).
It all startede with pycho and v1p3r asking me to send my sx4 over to RACE DYNAMICS about three months back and they infor me they will be hooking me with something nice and Wonder what it is and it close to that day and I am told they will be slapping on a branded turbo kit in the car.
As it happens today the car has now getting the new RD ecu the Kartik is personally installing it. All i know is they are giving me a Branded kit and its being professionally installed from guys from Japan and with both Kartik and Pavan personally being there, as v1p3r is the one in touch i think its fair for me to let him do the Write up on project SX4-t, and let Psycho and Karthik expand on the details.

Does HKS have turbo kits for the SX4? I think this is gonna be the first SX4 turbo and be a benchmark for others to follow.

Looking for suspension but none avilable as for the sedan(only 1'' lowering kits) yet, there is a slight differnce in the rear struts from the hatch to the sedan, as of now the car is getting the hks t25 turbo which is a part of a bolt on kit, and the RD ecu. As the suspension layout of the hatch to the sedan is differnt incorprating the AWD system is a little to difficult as even in the US the sedan is sold as a FWD only. But could look at upgrading to Tcs and launch control if the need arises. But the biggest upgrade as required is a good set of soles that provide some non-slip.

Are those chrome pipings are part of HKS Turbo Kit? or is it fabricated locally, it looks real neat.

That "HKS" casted onto the exhaust manifold tells this is a proper HKS engineered bolt-on turbo kit for the M16A. Legendary reliability, you lucky dawg!

Yes it is the whole hks kit, the exhaust bend pipe from the turbo was sent back to Japan because they had to make some 10degree change in the bend. It is a complete bolt on kit as the pic I have uploaded was from the demo install, the complete install is going as I sit and type. It should be dynoed soon in Bangalore, by the way one question as mine is the first series sx4 does any one have any idea if the engine internals are from Japan or India. I know crank is made in Japan does anyone have any idea about the cons and pistons.

Congrats Monish,

Welcome to the turbo club. You must be dying to get behind the wheels of your car now. Also I never knew Banglore had a dyno.

If it does then hopefully we can all finally see dyno figures of the famed Bangy cars.
