Re: Key lost : Now what?

I own a 2019 Hyundai Creta Diesel SX (not the latest model) with keyless entry and ignition. I'm facing an issue with the spare remote key. Unfortunately, I can't locate it at home, and it's possible I misplaced it during a recent house move. However, I'm confident it hasn't been stolen or lost outside my residence (optimistically, I may discover it in the future).

I'm unsure whether my car originally came with only one remote key. Could someone verify this for me? Currently, I'm using the one remote key I have. How can I obtain a spare remote key, and what would be the associated costs? Additionally, are there alternatives in Bangalore apart from going to the authorized service center?

Re: Key lost : Now what?

Hi all, I am unable to locate my beloved 2003 Zen petrol LXI key for past week. It must be somewhere in the house as I parked it in the garage and left for a trip. It has a Mahindra scorpio type remote alarm.

Any pointers to a good key maker and remote programmer in Hyderabad region, please guide. Also what would be approximate cost for the key and the remote.

Re: Key lost : Now what?

Hi, I own a first gen 2005 Toyota Innova Diesel VX. I drove it last on New Year's Eve during the day and then after that I had a couple of errands which I had to complete, which I used my bike for. Two days later, when I needed my car, I realised I lost the key. Since being an old car, I have always used the manual key. There is a remote spare key, but that's made for emergency purpose, It does work well. I am located in Mumbai, should I reach out to a service centre for making a new key. I'd still prefer the manual key. Could anyone help me with the approximate cost? And should I check with the closest service centre near me (Madhuban Toyota Kurla LBS Marg) or check with a better one in Mumbai?

Could this have helped?
