Hehe! No it wont be as big as batman's ride. Batmans ride is just too awesome to be compared to mine.
This one will not be too long, atleast not as long as some of the bullet choppers.
Wheelbase will be around 75inch/1900mm. Weight around 290 to 320kg,torque around 300nm.
May be in future I will get a bigger turbo and a remap. then it will be close to 400nm.

Why don't you get it machined from aluminium. Will that be strong enough for your bike?

Just imagining these speeds gives me goosebumps.

Wishing you success in your project and many years of safe and happy riding.

I have a question.
How do you manage to balance the bike? I mean, scooters are not balanced as they have more weight on one side. Similarly, a car engine wont be symmetrical, and will have balancing issues (I guess).

re: Project: Creating the world's fastest TurboDiesel Motorcycle! Road test video added

Yes, car motors are not symtrcal, but even bigger problem is final drive and rear disc brake assy.
As they are mounted towards one side, and have considerable weight.

All this stuff makes the motorbike heavier on one side, giving it tendency to pull towards heavier side at higher speeds, and tendency to fall onto one side at slower speeds.
I counter this problem by mounting the motor and gearbox in an offset position to the central vertical plane of the motorcycle.

What I mean to say is the centre axes of motorcycle (if you join a straight line passing through centre vertical plane of front tyre and rear tyre) , does not pass through centre of gravity of the engine and gearbox unit.
This offset counters the weight on the other side.
Difficult part is calculating how much offset is needed, and is calculated using ' COG CALCULATION FOR NON UNIFORM BODIES'
This method yeilds close idea, but not exact results because material inside the engine block is not uniform, some places it is steel, some cast iron, and aluminium ,also some places are hollow.
Anyway
This is not a mathematics forum,so we leave that aside .
Offset value is generally quite small & of the order of 10 to 25mm,which makes offset very hard to spot.
If you get the maths and fabrication right, you can endup with a bike that you can ride sleeping with your hands in your pocket.;-)

Wow, hats off to you on such a fabulous job! How much time did you spend on designing the beast before actually implementing it? And did you have to do any rework at all?

Excellent project, single disc setup seems a bit weak. Are you planning to upgrade or you want to stick with the single disc. I could find a twin disc set up for you from the breakers yard if you want.

I would love to upgrade! Specially if you could find front end of some cruiser or touring bike-like rocket 3 or something.. Thanks
(Please pm me if you find one)

Well to be truthfull designs for various subsystems started several years ago, but actual design started when I bought getz crdi, It was only then I had the actual dimentions of the engine and gearbox.
Last oct and nov cad was done and physical design started in dec10. Before that I had given gearbox and rear hub for machining.
Not too much rework till now apart from some missaligned brackets and retaping work, I guess my share of rework awaits me at sheet metal body work stage,as I am not too good at it.
