Thigh pain after a long drive of 500 kms

Friends,
I drove my Thar Roxx to Yercaud over the weekend, the total kms driven was around 500. After the trip I am having thigh pain in both legs. Is it due to the seat posture or lumbar support?

It appears to be the under thigh support which is poor. I have just bought a cushion from DIY and it seems to have made some difference. Will be going on a 500 kms return journey shortly and will share feedback. I am 5'6 and I have been struggling to find a comfortable seating position.

Re: Mahindra Thar Roxx Review

Is that a Request sensor on John Abraham's Roxx? Hope we can also get this.

Just saw an Instagram post where John Abraham took delivery of his customised Thar Roxx. Looks like it's based on the AX7L D AT 4x4 Mocha Interiors. A thing to note is the addition of Keyless entry (Push Button Start being available from MX1, but had to be opened from the key for all variants). Does anyone know of this recent feature addition or the feature has been added for just John's Thar?

Pause the video, take a screenshot, and zoom it. There is no request sensor button.

Spotted a comment on Powerdrift instagram where Cyrus said request sensor and sliding passenger handrest is a silent update and will be rolled out soon for next manufactured Thar Roxx too.

I agree, thanks for the suggestion.

Meanwhile, I added the rear light applique which has changed the looks a bit, will share photographs soon.

I saw an evo india update mentioning 400NM (was 370NM) torque for 4*4 varient along with other minor updates like request sensor, sliding passenger handrest, updated wiper frame. Yet to hear official news from Mahindra about it.

This video sums up the changes coming from March 8th vehicles. But couldn’t find any reference of 400NM torque figures. If it is true that is a great deal.

Re: Mahindra Thar Roxx Review

What do you mean? Will car deliveries after March 8 or manufacturing after March 8 receive this update?

Re: Mahindra Thar Roxx Review

Will the MX5 and AX5 also get this request sensor and sliding armrest feature or is it confined to only AX7 L ?

Re: Mahindra Thar Roxx Review

More importantly, could request sensor be retrofitted?

Yes, they cut in these changes from March 8th is what we hearing. 400nm is actually pushing Thar 4x4 auto to the same power as Scorpio N 4x4 auto. This way it will become very irresistible offer for the off-road enthusiasts. But I doubt the state of tune is changing as well in March 8th refresh.

Just adding hardware may not be sufficient. Would involve programming the controllers to get this sensor configured. Possibly a software update required as well. So not a plug and play, I think Mahindra should run a campaign to support existing cars to get this added.
