Saw Vantage Point yesterday.
Good movie, but nothing exceptional. Story telling would have been nicer had they not repeated the sequence of events 5 times! But maybe thats the whole point of the movie! Trying to showcase the events from different perspectives.

Saw Bombay to Bangkok on DVD day before. The less I say about it, the better. Had actually walked away from it midway. And the kind of movie buff I am, I usually dont walk away from movies. So that might explain how bad it was. Not expected of NK and ST

Exactly. Even other rubbish movies have something good about them but Bombay to Bangkok is probably the worst movie ever. You just dont know why it was made.

Well watched mithya yesterday.
Ranvirs acting is good and and vinays acting is nice.
The movie was not impressive and looked as though the director wanted to put too much into the movie in the time permitted.

And to top it all, before the movie launch there was Shreyas on some interview bloating abut how 'different' this movie was. Pretty evident, i must say.

I didnt watch the movie, but hearing the reviews made me decide never to.

RGV's fall from grace is very intriguing. You just cannot imagine that the guy who made SATYA has also directed RGV ki AAG.

Any reviews on the German movie 'The Lives of Others'. Its apparently won some 47 awards, and is highly recommended.

I watched it a long time back and forgot its name. Thanks for bringing it up.

My thanks too. I somehow haven't gotten around to see this one yet. Have just located a DVD of this (Das Leben der Anderen). Will watch it this weekend (God, Work & Fiancee permitting).

Wait till you cross over the fence and Fiancee becomes wife! The permissions will become more difficult!

Comments about 'The Angrez'?
I have just started watching this movie, and i just love it. The Hyderabadi lingo both from the old City areas, as well as the New Hyderabad have been captured very well. Since i had friends who were from the Old City, i can relate to the language rather well.

Will update once i finish watching the movie.
