At Zoho Corp., we would want somebody who would innately understand complex and emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain etc., (with the help of our developers) and put it forward to our internal developers/managers in a way they'd appreciate. In one sense, it is user education - translating something very complex into simple understandable stuff. Should also make presentations and present it to external analysts like Gartner and IDC (this overlaps with a Marketing Analyst role)

Also good if the person is highly motivated and a self starter, since they'd have to be the face of a research team!

So the role is 50% user education, 30% marketing analyst (without lead generation, SEO etc.,) and 20% technical writer. We are looking at younger candidates with less than 6 years of experience.
