Medical Engagement Associate (Tele-counselling role)
End-to-End Engagement for the Patient Support Programme (PSP)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls of the patients / HCP and resolve their queries from
• appropriate source of information (client-defined FAQs and responses)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls of third-party stockists, distributors and prescribing
physicians for placing orders and resolving their queries
• Single SPOC for handling medical queries, AE, PQC, CDT
• Empathize with patients and tele-counsel them for improved health-related outcomes
• Explain the serious event profile clearly to the patient/caregiver
• Maintain data hygiene and validate it the status on the CRM tool

You could ask your son to look for career section in organizations like Lionbridge, Accenture (couple of biggies).

Hi, I've been involved with Rolls-Royce as a structural design systems engineer for the past two years. In December of 2020, Infosys acquired our India division and things have been going pretty downhill since then (they don't have a proper strategy for our unit, no proper hikes, no promotions etc).

Prior to this, I did my M.Tech. in Machine Design. I interned with Textron Aviation for one year during my masters. Prior to that, I worked for six months in the nuclear power construction field - with L&T Construction.

I have a 94 percentile score in GATE 2017, and I consider myself pretty good when it comes to engineering knowledge and skills. My primary domain is FEA in Aerospace industry, but I'm open to other fields as well.

I'm writing this to see whether any of you may be recruiting a similar profile, and if yes then would you kindly refer me? I'd be much obliged.
