Aadix, price range of food in those places would be of interest to a lot of us out here. So can you list out that?

Been to "TGIF" last evening with some colleagues and availed of their 1+1 offer on beverage and had a few veggie snacks since the folks with me were vegeterian, i didnt like it a bit. Maybe my opinion will change if i had tried out some NV snacks.

Btw, their steaks are only beef and no other meat is available. Proper Sirloin..eh?

Pricing here is horrendous. Starting from Rs.325 to Rs.950 for a single dish of snack.

We spent a good amount of time crossing the happy hours and negotiated with them to serve beverages till almost 10:15pm when the actual time was 8:15pm

It is definetly in the way to Airport and you can ask any cab driver or auto fellow Toli Chowki, they will know it and guide you to it.

Biryani if eaten there or taken parcel will cost the SAME

In the end, i was still feeling hungry and we had to visit Ohri's Basheerbagh and order a Midnight Beauty which we relished sitting in the car.

Avi bhai, I had a hearty laugh when I saw this..seriously some places still leave you feeling hungry even after you have had your regular stuff.

Nachos was just a few bread crumbs that you can eat using a small bowl of dip. Waste of Money
Salad : Big bunch of lettuce with some fruits, veggies, corn thrown in with some sauce. Waste of money
Pizza : This was really good, thin crust and superb flavour and taste
Pasta : This was also really good.

My recommendation if you visit Little Italy is to stick to ordering only Pizza, Pasta and maybe you can even try Ravioli's too. Dont order starters, soups and Salads, less quantity for a jumbo price.
Little italy Serves a nice Mushroom Starter. Thats the best mushroom I have ever had any where. I visit the place to have the mushroom and then a pizza

I went to F9 on the 2nd August. Had the buffet for 249+ taxes. Costed me total 600/- for 2 persons. The buffet had:

1. Pasta in tomato Sauce.
2. veg Noodles.
3. mixed Veg in garlic sauce.
4. Crispy Veg Starter
5. Tomato Dal
6. Veg Pulao with green peas and corn.
7. 4 Varieties of Salads
8. Curd Rice

For all of you interested junta

9. Chicken Starter
10. Mutton Curry.
11. Mutton Biryani

Salads (which i like the most) were quite Ok. Pasta and noodles were below par. Starter was horrible.
The Dal and the veg pulao were the pick of all the items they were really good. Overall the food was ok..

Is this for lunch?

If yes, then i would say Punjabi By Nature has a lunch buffet for Rs.250++ including your favorite bevarage for lunch which i feel is more interesting looking at the not so exciting items in F9 buffet

Fusion F9 Diner at Kondapur gave us a discount as well.
16 of us ate and we were billed for 14.

Everyone in my team save me loved the food.
I liked the Salads and that is about it.

The non veg gravies felt like they were cooked for veggies, with a little too much garam masala.

any suggestions for a nice buffet place in the Hi Tech city area. i.e. within a 10 kms radius of Gateway.

Have a farewell party for a colleague.
Budget in the 200 ~ 250 range.

She is a vegetarian.
So any options apart from Basil.
I would prefer a veg spread but there is no such limitation about this.

Humpi. Its a good veg buffet with nice menu. It is near the lake garden in Jubilee Hills.

Route Map - take right from Jubilee hills checkpost and go 3 Kms till you see VLCC on your right hand. Take a U turn and go into the VLCC lane and take the first right at 50m. you will find humpi on your left at less than 40m.

Correction: It's Lotus Pond & not Lotus Garden.
(MLA Colony /NTV Offfice road is the Landmark).

The restaurant has very good interiors depicting the old eras.
Food is decent.

My previous company's office used to be in lane right next to Hampi and i forgot how many lunch buffets i had there including the one right on the day it opened some 2 years ago.

Even i vouch the food is good, at that point of time the buffet was expensive around 250++ but, it serves both veg and non veg so how can it be a pure veg restuarant beats me.

Ground floor is for the lunch buffet and first floor is for the ala-carte. As Pulsar56 mentioned, the ambience is fabulous looking wooden work polished to a dark brown with a fancy doorman greeting you.

Thanks for correcting me Pulsar56!
I remember the price to be 200 + Taxes. Yes they serve non-veg, but I was talking about the veg buffet

Finally went to Yellow Chilli, Banjara Hills Rd12.

The Yellow Chilli

Saw Sanjeev Kapoor over there.

Maybe his presence made the food extra special as teh starters were really good.
We had chicken kababs, soft and juicy and just perfect.
Paneer, Veg something and another Veg something were also good.

The soup was sad.

The food was tasty, but i was so loaded with the chicken starters that i did not pay it much attention.

The Chicken biryani was nice, the mirchi ka salan was sad.
The veg pulao with some fancy name was nice.
The goan fish curry deserves a special mention.

The chicken gravy was ok.
Rotis seemed nice, though I skipped them

I had a masala dosa. Nice. One chutney was good the other was sad.

This restaurant has food in the extreme.
Its either very good or just sad.
Luckily the number of good was more.

For desert there was the rasagolla, gulab jamun and kheer.
I had the kheer, it was good.

Bill 3009 for 14 of us.

The ambiance is very nice.
And the staff very good.

Attached a pic of the menu card.
